Customer Support Representative - Travel Experience Required | From $1, 200

We're a fast-growing team in the aviation/travel-tech space, and we're looking for a Customer Support Representative who takes pride in turning a stressful travel moment into a smooth one for our passengers.

What you'll do:

• Handle ticketing, reservations, and passenger requests with professionalism and speed
• Process refunds for delayed or cancelled flights
• Keep passengers informed on flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Resolve complaints calmly and constructively, escalating when needed
• Build long-term trust with customers through consistent, high-quality service over the phone

What you bring:

• English at B2+ level, with confident verbal communication
• Hands-on experience and confident use of GDS systems
• Previous customer support experience in the travel or aviation industry
• Availability for evening/night shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and genuine empathy
• Attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
