Flutter Developer, Chisinau

We are hiring:

Worldcom Finance is seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our R&D team in Chisinau, Moldova in an onsite role. This is a senior, hands-on engineering position responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for a fast-growing fintech platform across iOS and Android.

You will work closely with product, design, backend, QA, and leadership teams to deliver robust mobile features, improve application architecture, and support the evolution of our platform in a regulated fintech environment. As a senior member of the team, you will help drive technical quality, contribute to architectural decisions, mentor other developers, and support the adoption of AI-driven engineering practicesacross the mobile domain.

A key expectation for this role is the effective use of modern AI development tools, including tools such as Claude Code, to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, debugging, and delivery speed. We are looking for a developer who sees AI as a practical part of the development workflow and knows how to use it responsibly while maintaining strong technical judgment, security, and code ownership

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)
• Contribute to mobile architecture and technical direction of the platform
• Ensure high performance, stability, and scalability of mobile applications
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and third-party services
• Participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, code reviews, releases)
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation
• Actively use AI tools to improve development efficiency and product quality

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile application development
• 3+ years of experience with Flutter framework
• Proven experience building production-grade iOS and Android applications
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter architecture, and state management
• Experience working with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and debugging
• Experience working in Agile teams and performing code reviews
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech (payments, banking, wallets, trading, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Experience with push notifications, analytics, crash reporting tools
• Knowledge of native Android or iOS development
• Experience mentoring developers
• Experience integrating AI features into products or workflows
