Fullstack Developer (NestJS / TypeScript) — Travel CRM Platform
Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 USD (negotiable based on experience)
Type: Full-time, on-site only (no remote)

ABOUT THE PROJECT
We're building a modern CRM platform for the travel industry using a multi-tenant, monorepo architecture. The platform serves multiple brands with isolated data and independent scaling, all from a unified codebase.
TECH STACK
Backend Core:
- NestJS — modular framework with dependency injection, decorators, guards, interceptors
- TypeScript — strict mode, type safety across the entire stack
- TypeORM — entities, migrations, relations, multi-tenant support
- PostgreSQL 15+ — multi-tenant with a separate schema per brand
- Elasticsearch — full-text search, autocomplete, fast filtering over large datasets
- Redis — caching, session management, real-time features
Architecture & Infrastructure:
- Turborepo — monorepo with intelligent caching and shared packages
- Docker — containerization for development and deployment
- CI/CD — Azure DevOps for automated testing and deployment
- REST API — clean architecture, versioning, rate limiting
- Third-party APIs — flight search APIs, tour operator APIs, messaging APIs, payment gateways
- Webhooks — incoming/outgoing webhook handling
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement modern RESTful APIs (NestJS modules, controllers, services)
- Implement complex business logic (bookings, payments, lead management)
- Design and implement a robust multi-tenant system
- Integrate external services (third-party APIs, webhooks)
- Optimize performance (query optimization, caching strategies, database indexing)
- Design database schemas (TypeORM entities, migrations)
- Design background jobs (email queues, sync jobs, scheduled tasks)
- Communicate clearly and take an active part in team development — we want someone proactive who takes initiative, shares ideas, and keeps the team's work moving forward
- Code review and codebase maintenance
- Testing (unit, integration, E2E)
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
- Solid Node.js experience (3+ years)
- Hands-on NestJS experience (1+ year) — modules, dependency injection, decorators
- Advanced TypeScript — generics, utility types, type inference
- AI-first workflow — practical experience building with AI coding tools day to day, including working with skills and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- PostgreSQL — query optimization, indexing, transactions
- REST API design — best practices, versioning, error handling
- Backend architecture — design patterns (Repository, Service Layer, Factory)
- Code quality — clean code, SOLID principles
- Problem solving — practical approach, efficient resolution
NICE TO HAVE
- Turborepo / Monorepo — experience with monorepos (Nx, Rush, etc.)
- Redis — caching strategies, pub/sub
- Elasticsearch — indexing, query DSL, relevance tuning
- Docker — containerization, docker-compose
- CRM systems — or complex B2B systems
- Multi-tenant architecture — or multi-company systems
- Payment integrations — MIA, Raiffeisen
- CI/CD — Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.
