Ticketing & Customer Support Agent

We are looking for:

We are looking for a Ticketing & Customer Support Agent with previous experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Airline Ticketing
- Customer Support

Experience in both domains will be considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Airline ticket issuance
- Assisting customers with ticket exchanges and refunds
- Handling schedule changes and rebookings
- Providing professional customer support
- Working with the Sabre GDS system

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Sabre
- Previous experience in either ticketing or customer support
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening/night shifts

Training Opportunity
Candidates who have experience in one of the required areas but need to strengthen certain skills will be provided with training and support during the trial period. We are ready to invest in motivated professionals who have a solid foundation and are willing to learn.
