Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate freight rates and close deals
- Coordinate shipments and provide updates to customers
- Develop and manage customer accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of English
- Previous logistics experience is an advantage
