About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Owner (E-Wallet) who will be responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Paynet's electronic wallet, focusing on delivering a convenient, secure, and user-friendly digital payment experience for individual customers.

The role involves managing the product lifecycle, from defining requirements and prioritizing development tasks to launching new features, monitoring performance, and optimizing the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management and Development:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the E-wallet;
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog;
• Prepare user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria;
• Coordinate product development from idea to implementation and release;
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.

2. E-Wallet Product Development:

• Develop and improve e-wallet functionality, including payments, transfers, top-ups, and other relevant services;
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, usability, and product adoption;
• Participate in the development and launch of new features and services;
• Ensure the product meets relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.

3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with IT, development, QA, business, marketing, customer support, and legal & compliance teams;
• Coordinate API integrations with external partners and service providers;
• Communicate product requirements clearly to technical teams;
• Align priorities and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.

4. Product Performance and Optimization:

• Monitor product KPIs, including user acquisition, activation, retention, transaction volumes, and customer engagement;
• Analyze customer feedback and product performance to identify areas for improvement;
• Use data and insights to support product decisions;
• Identify opportunities to scale the product and increase its value for customers and the business.
• Experience (considered a strong advantage):
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or digital financial products;
• Experience managing mobile applications or electronic wallets;
• Experience with payment services, money transfers, or e-money products;
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams;
• Experience with API integrations and external service providers.

Technical & Business Knowledge:

• Understanding of e-wallets, electronic money, and digital payment processes;
• Understanding of payment flows, transfers, top-ups, and transaction processing;
• Knowledge of product management methodologies and backlog management;
• Understanding of product analytics, KPIs, and user behavior metrics;
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech sector is an advantage.
