We are looking for a Settlement Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Process weekly driver settlements and payments accurately and on schedule
• Calculate loads, mileage, deductions, and bonuses
• Reconcile settlement data and resolve any discrepancies
• Work closely with the accounting and dispatch teams
• Communicate with drivers to answer pay-related questions
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and confidential information

What We Expect:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Solid computer skills, especially Excel; experience with settlement, payroll, or accounting software is a plus
• Previous experience in settlements, payroll, or accounting is welcome
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain figures clearly
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability, discretion, and a team-building mindset

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
