Hey Roger Smith is a dispatch and fleet support company serving U.S. trucking companies, owner-operators, and carriers.
We are looking for a highly responsible Claims & Roadside Assistance Manager to manage accidents, cargo claims, breakdowns, insurance cases, and other incidents involving our clients' trucks and drivers.
What You'll Do
Claims & Accident Management
- Handle trucking-related accidents, insurance claims, cargo claims, and property damage cases
- Collect photos, videos, police reports, driver statements, witness information, and other necessary documentation
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, brokers, carriers, drivers, repair shops, and other involved parties
Roadside Assistance & Breakdowns
- Coordinate roadside assistance for trucks experiencing mechanical problems
- Find and contact towing companies, mobile mechanics, tire services, repair shops, and dealerships
- Coordinate communication between the driver, repair facility, dispatch, and management
Cargo & Vehicle Damage Claims
- Handle cargo damage and vehicle damage claims related to transportation
- Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, shippers, receivers, and other parties
What We Need From You
- Experience with the U.S. trucking industry is strongly preferred
- Car-hauling experience is a strong advantage
- Understanding of commercial auto and cargo claims is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English and Russian
- Experience working with CRM, fleet management, or claims-management systems
Strong follow-up skills
- Ability to make practical decisions quickly
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours
