After Hours Dispatcher

IDS Transportation hiring:

Working Hours — To Be Discussed

Work Format: Office-based position only (no remote work)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring routes and delivery statuses
• Communicating with drivers: providing support, instructions, and assistance in non-standard situations
• Assisting with truck and trailer breakdowns and coordinating between drivers and repair shops
• Quickly resolving logistical issues that may arise
• Updating information in the system and coordinating with other departments
• Handling incoming requests from drivers and customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in U.S. trucking/logistics is required
• Experience working with drivers and handling breakdown and repair situations is a strong advantage
• English level B2 or higher — mandatory
• Confident PC user
• Responsible, attentive, and able to work under pressure
• Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard and emergency situations
