Working Hours — To Be Discussed
Work Format: Office-based position only (no remote work)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring routes and delivery statuses
- Communicating with drivers: providing support, instructions, and assistance in non-standard situations
- Assisting with truck and trailer breakdowns and coordinating between drivers and repair shops
- Quickly resolving logistical issues that may arise
- Updating information in the system and coordinating with other departments
- Handling incoming requests from drivers and customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in U.S. trucking/logistics is required
- Experience working with drivers and handling breakdown and repair situations is a strong advantage
- English level B2 or higher — mandatory
- Confident PC user
- Responsible, attentive, and able to work under pressure
- Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard and emergency situations
