Remote Diagnostics Manager (Chisinau Office)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 16:00 – 00:00 (Moldova Time) + every second Saturday as needed.
Location: Chisinau Office (No remote work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Remote Diagnostics: Perform daily remote diagnostics; analyze DTCs before authorizing any repairs.
- Decision Authority: Approve/reject yard repair proposals; determine final routing (in-house, dealer, or warranty) based on cost and evidence.
- Yard Coordination: Maintain active remote oversight of US terminals; coordinate urgency and schedules with Shop Managers.
- Dealer Management: Manage technical communication with 4 assigned US dealers; challenge inaccurate repair scopes.
- Fleet Input: Analyze recurring fault patterns to recommend preventive maintenance and truck specifications.
Requirements:
- Technical Background: Deep experience in heavy-duty truck diagnostics or automotive systems (Samsara, or similar).
- Fluent English is mandatory for direct phone and text communication with US teams and dealers.
- Must be fully available to work the 16:00 to 00:00 shift (Moldova Time) and alternating Saturdays.
- Ability to confidently enforce diagnostic standards and challenge dealer invoices remotely.
