We are looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone who has recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and wants to build a long-term career in accounting.
Previous professional experience is not required - we are looking for someone motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accounting and financial data in internal systems;
- Perform routine accounting operations and data processing;
- Prepare and update reports and spreadsheets;
- Assist with basic financial analysis and data reconciliation;
- Check data for accuracy and completeness;
- Organize and maintain accounting documentation;
- Support the Accounting team with daily operational tasks;
- Work with Excel and internal accounting systems.
This position does not involve payroll processing.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- Recent graduates and candidates without previous professional experience are welcome;
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Responsible, diligent, and punctual approach to work;
- Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks consistently;
- Willingness to ask questions and openly communicate when something is unclear;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Friendly and professional attitude;
- English at B1–B2 level is preferred.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Previous internship or practical experience in accounting;
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems.

- Salary: 14,000 MDL net / month (fixed);
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00;
- Saturday and Sunday - days off;
