HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our fintech business division, operating as an electronic money institution. As a trusted partner to the Executive Team and Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing high-performance teams. Your initial focus will be on compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and establishing HR processes to support the business's needs and current stage of development, with the role expected to gradually expand into a broader HR scope.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR processes and policies aligned with the company's goals and objectives;
• Manage the HR budget, compensation programs and policies, KPI and bonus schemes;
• Manage the talent acquisition function, set up recruitment processes and oversee hiring decisions;
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with the Executive Team and provide strategic HR guidance, advice and support to employees at all levels;
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote a positive work culture and foster a high-performance environment;
• Enhance organizational effectiveness by aligning HR strategies with business goals and optimizing workforce performance;
• Implement and optimize HR processes within HRM systems, ensuring their efficient and effective use;
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Accounting, Finance and Compliance, and stakeholders across different locations to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives and processes.

Main requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR BP or HR Director, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives; experience in fintech or e-money institutions is considered an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies across areas such as compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, succession planning and L&D;
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR plans, policies and processes;
• Experience managing HR budgets;
• Understanding of compliance requirements, including employment laws, data privacy regulations and relevant industry standards;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very good English, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
