Your job description:

• Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
• Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs for logistics employees.
• Implement performance management systems, including goal-setting and performance reviews.
• Organize team-building activities and events.
• Handle internal communication related to HR matters.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1 year experience in the HR field
• Open-minded and fast-learning person
• Long term worker
• Good user of Microsoft Office
