Experienced Safety Manager — U.S. Trucking / IFTA

We are a fast-growing logistics company operating in the U.S. trucking market and are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to join our team.

Important: We are considering candidates with direct previous experience as a Safety Manager in U.S. trucking only. Experience in general logistics, dispatch, ELD, fleet coordination, or other related areas without hands-on Safety Manager experience will not be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and management of driver hiring documentation;
• Driver qualification file management;
• Safety documentation and compliance control;
• Claims handling;
• Work with IFTA-related processes and documentation;
• Monitoring compliance with U.S. trucking regulations and internal safety procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Safety Manager in U.S. trucking is mandatory;
• Practical experience working with IFTA is mandatory;
• Understanding of U.S. trucking safety and compliance processes;
• Good English level — B2+ is mandatory;
• Advanced PC skills and basic technical literacy (MS Office, Google Docs);
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset;
• Availability to work from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
