Customer Support Agent - Travel Experience Required

We take pride in providing our passengers with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable flying experience. To ensure that our high standards are met, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Customer Service, preferably in the airline industry. Will be responsible for handling Customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. The Customer Support Representative will also be responsible for providing passengers with information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support regarding flight reservations, ticketing, and related travel requests.
• Process refunds and assist customers in cases of delayed or cancelled flights.
• Answer passenger questions and resolve concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and constructively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Keep customers informed about flight updates, schedule changes, and other relevant information.
• Deliver high-quality support over the phone and build long-term relationships with customers.

Must-have skills:

• Strong English verbal communication skills (B2+);
• GDS knowledge and experience in the travel industry;
• Experience in Sales Field (will be an advantage)
• Problem-solving skills;
• Empathy and compassion;
• Attention to detail;
• Flexibility.
