Concierge / Customer Support Specialist

Travel Business Class is looking for a Concierge to support clients booking business- and first-class flights. This role is ideal for someone with experience in air travel who enjoys helping people, pays attention to detail, and can handle client requests calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Support clients after ticket purchase and assist with travel-related questions.
- Handle client requests by phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with seat selection, baggage, special meals, and other additional services.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve client requests.
- Inform clients about flight changes and explain the available options.
- Keep client information and request details up to date in the CRM.
- Provide attentive and professional service throughout the client’s journey.

Requirements
- Previous experience in air travel or airline ticketing is required.
- Hands-on experience with at least one GDS is required: Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport (Galileo).
- Strong spoken and written English for communication with clients.
- Clear communication skills and a helpful, client-focused approach.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and find solutions in unexpected situations.
- Confident computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
