Arrow Operations is a Chișinău-based technology company that builds software for the U.S. logistics industry. Our team of developers, QA engineers and data analysts has created a platform that helps logistics companies automate their operations and grow more efficiently.
We are a compact team, so every person's work is visible and makes a real difference. Now we are building our sales function, and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and help shape how we work with U.S. clients.
What you will do
You will guide U.S. business clients through the full sales cycle:
- Identify and qualify potential clients among U.S. logistics companies
- Run discovery calls to understand each client's operations and needs
- Present the platform and show how it solves their specific challenges
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms
- Close deals and hand clients over smoothly to onboarding
- Maintain long-term relationships and look for opportunities to expand cooperation
- Keep your pipeline and client communication up to date in the CRM
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 or higher), spoken and written
- Experience in B2B sales: working with companies, not end consumers
- Experience conducting negotiations and closing deals
- Availability to work 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Availability to work from our office in Ciocana
Experience with CRM systems, international clients, SaaS or logistics is a plus.
