AI-enabled Middle Full Stack Engineer

About Company
Our client is a startup developing a recruitment platform that helps companies manage candidates and communication in one place. The product combines WhatsApp conversations, AI voice agents, and automation to support recruitment teams in their daily work.
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the team and contribute to platform features, backend services, and integrations.

About the Role
You will work on product features spanning the user interface and backend logic. You will collaborate with existing developers on implementation, testing, and troubleshooting while gradually building your expertise across the platform’s technology stack.
We value solid programming fundamentals, hands-on experience, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

What You Will Do

• Develop and improve interfaces and features using React and Next.js.
• Contribute to backend services and APIs built with Go and Python.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external services.
• Contribute to recruitment workflows, communication features, and automation, including AI-powered functionality.
• Investigate and resolve bugs, with support from the team on more complex issues.
• Write tests for your changes and participate in code reviews.
• Use Docker to run applications and learn the team’s deployment processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to clarify requirements, estimate tasks, and communicate progress.

What We Are Looking For

• Around 2+ years of hands-on software development experience, including contributions to applications running in production.
• Experience with React and Next.js, using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Practical experience with at least one of Go or Python, and a willingness to learn the other.
• An understanding of web applications, REST APIs, and communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Experience working with databases.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and the Linux command line.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• The ability to investigate problems, ask questions, and seek support when needed.
• English skills sufficient for technical documentation and communication within the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with both Go and Python.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or Gerrit.
• Experience with SaaS products, CRM systems, or automation platforms.
• Experience integrating AI service APIs, WhatsApp, Meta, or voice services.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD processes.
