Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote assistance to resolve operational issues and respond to inquiries
- Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating strong English proficiency
- Guide team members and partners through complex or time-sensitive situations
- Accurately document interactions, actions taken, and resolutions for internal records
Requirements:
- Fluent English skills with clear and effective communication
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Minimum 1 year of experience in After-Hours support or a similar role
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM (Moldova Time)
