Social Media Manager

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager for one of the Fintech business divisions of the Dyninno Group, specializing in UK Financial Services within the Payments sector.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow our social media presence across international markets. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage communication across digital platforms, and turn complex fintech topics into clear and audience-focused B2B messaging.
You will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to strengthen brand awareness and drive online engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s social media strategy;
• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook;
• Create and maintain the editorial content calendar;
• Write compelling copy for posts, campaigns, and digital communications;
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to produce visual and video content;
• Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities;
• Engage with the online community and maintain strong audience interaction;
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns;
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular analytical reports;
• Support brand awareness growth across international markets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience working with corporate, fintech, or B2B brands is considered an advantage;
• Excellent English copywriting and communication skills;
• Strong understanding of Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and social media management tools;
• Knowledge of social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, and conversions;
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment;
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is a plus.
