FreightSync Inc. is a US freight brokerage, in business since 2022, growing its team in Chișinău.

Includes the $800 base. Commission on company accounts comes on top.

How the pay works

• Progressive commission on your own accounts:
• 30% of gross margin up to $15,000/month.
• 35% from $15,000 to $30,000.
• 40% above $30,000.
• 12% commission on company accounts.
• $800 base salary, plus a guaranteed $1,500/month for your first 3 months while you bring your customers on board.
• $1,000 start bonus in month 4 if you reach at least $10,000 gross margin in month 3.
• Loyalty boost: +1 percentage point of commission for every full year with us, up to +3. That takes your top rate to 43%.
• Your customers stay yours. Accounts you open stay assigned to you for as long as they are active.

What you'll do

• Grow your book of US shippers: prospecting, quoting and turning one-off loads into recurring lanes.
• Price lanes using market data and protect your margin.
• Cover loads with vetted carriers and negotiate their rates.
• Run every shipment from pickup to delivery and keep your customers informed.
• Work with the accounting team on shipper credit and collections.

Who we're looking for

• At least 2 years in US freight brokerage. Dispatching alone doesn't count.
• Shipper relationships you won and manage personally.
• Proven results: at least $10,000 monthly gross margin over the last 6 months, verified by pay slips or commission statements.
• C1 English and strong negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with a TMS and with DAT or Truckstop.
• Strong carrier vetting and fraud-prevention habits.
• Experience with reefer or dry van, Highway, Carrier Assure or RMIS, or cargo claims is a plus.

Schedule and location

Monday to Friday, on US business hours (afternoon and evening, Chișinău time).
