About the role
SUPERNOVA Log‑Tech is hiring a dispatcher to manage box trucks (straight trucks) in the U.S. market. This role is about fast booking, short planning cycles, and strong daily communication with drivers and brokers.
What you will do
- Dispatch reefer box trucks / straight trucks (local, regional, or OTR depending on lanes)
- Find and book loads, negotiate rates, and confirm pickup/delivery details
- Plan routes and reduce empty miles and downtime
- Work with drivers on check calls, delays, and daily updates
- Handle common box-truck specifics: multi-stops, strict appointment times, quick turnarounds
- Keep load info organized (rate con, pickup/delivery instructions, temperature notes if needed)
What we are looking for
- Experience dispatching in the U.S. trucking market (box truck experience is a big plus)
- Good English communication (calls, texts, email)
- Fast decision-making and strong follow-up
- Comfortable with a high-volume workflow (more bookings, shorter trips)
- Basic understanding of reefer freight (temperature setpoint, “temp-controlled” rules)
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with Sylectus or other box‑truck load sources
- Experience with LTL/partial freight and multi-stop planning
Work format
- On-site in Chisinau, Monday–Friday
- Shift: 14:30–00:00
