Dispatch Assistant (Load Planner) — No Experience Needed

**HUDSON SYSTEMS Team** is growing and we are looking for a motivated person to join our team in our Chișinău office. We don't need someone with years of experience. We need someone who is ready to learn and grow with us.

**What you will do every day:**
- Search for loads on load boards using the dispatcher's criteria
- Call U.S. brokers and negotiate rates by phone
- Keep load information accurate and organized
- Work together with the dispatcher to find the best options
- Share updates with the team during meetings
- The work is active and dynamic. Every day brings something new.

**You are a great fit if you**:
- Speak English at B1 level or higher — written and spoken
- Feel comfortable talking on the phone
- Are responsible and finish what you start
- Pay attention to details and stay organized
- Want to grow professionally and stay long-term

**Work schedule:**
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Chișinău time)
