We are seeking a reliable and resourceful person to cover after-hours and weekend shifts, keeping an eye on our drivers when the day-shift team is off the clock. Our trucks run around the clock, and this role makes sure nothing falls through the cracks during evenings, nights, and weekends. As an After-Hours & Weekend Support Specialist, You Will:
- Monitor active loads and stay in touch with drivers during evening, overnight, and weekend hours
- Respond to urgent issues, delays, breakdowns, or emergencies while drivers are on the road
- Relay important updates to brokers, shippers, or carriers when needed outside business hours
- Coordinate hand-offs with the day-shift team to ensure smooth continuity
- Keep the CRM and tracking systems updated in real time
Who You Are:
- Some experience in dispatch, logistics, or a similar coordination role is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in English with clear, calm communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Reliable and available to work evenings, nights, and/or weekends on a set schedule
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple trucks and situations at once
