After Hours Dispatcher

We are hiring!

We are an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. We are looking for a responsible and proactive After Hours Dispatcher who will support our drivers and transportation operations outside regular business hours.

What you'll be doing:

• Source and book freight loads from load boards;
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers throughout the shift;
• Monitor trucks, drivers, pickups, and deliveries;
• Handle urgent situations, delays, breakdowns, and other issues that may arise during transportation;
• Find quick and effective solutions to transportation-related problems;

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• English and Russian at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above;
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems under pressure;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently during night hours;
• Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Schedule:
20:00 - 6:00 (Monday — Friday)

Internship Schedule:
First month: 15:00 – 01:00 (Monday — Friday)
