Accounting Specialist (Trucking Industry Usa)

Working Hours: 15:00 – 00:00 (Moldova Time)

IDS Transportation Inc. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:

• Experience in billing and accounting.
• Previous experience in the trucking/transportation industry.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience working with:
  - RTS (Factoring Company)
  - DataTruck (TMS System)
  - Google Sheets / Excel
  - Email communication
• Good understanding of EFS, Relay, and RTS.
• Knowledge of trucking documents: Rate Confirmation, BOL, POD.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing accounting and billing-related tasks.
• Calculating driver payroll.
• Working with financial data, reports, and invoices.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Communicating with drivers, brokers, and partners when necessary.
• Managing and updating information in DataTruck TMS and other company systems.
• Working with spreadsheets, email, and accounting-related documents.
• Supporting daily accounting and operational processes.
