Senior Python Engineer

The Role

We're looking for a Python Developer to join our team and help build the services and integrations that power our business. You'll work on backend development, APIs, and data processing, and collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and product managers.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python.
• Build integrations with external systems, APIs, and databases.
• Work with data from different sources and help keep it clean and reliable.
• Deploy and support services on AWS.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL); NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, or similar).
• Understanding of Git, code review, and clean code practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with pandas, pydantic, or other data libraries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SOQL.
• Experience with Airflow, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience in the travel industry.
