We are looking for an Educational Methodologist who is passionate about learning design, educational innovation, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to influence not only individual lessons but the quality of the entire educational experience.

What You Will Do

• Design and improve educational programs and curricula for children and teenagers
• Develop syllabi, lesson frameworks, learning objectives, and assessment systems
• Create and adapt educational materials and teaching resources
• Support teachers through methodological guidance and training
• Observe lessons and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure consistency and quality across all courses
• Research and implement modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and teachers to continuously improve learning outcomes
• Contribute to the integration of AI and digital tools into the learning process

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Linguistics, Pedagogy, or a related field
• Experience as a Methodologist, Academic Coordinator, Senior Teacher, or Curriculum Developer
• Strong understanding of modern teaching methodologies and instructional design
• Experience developing educational programs and learning materials
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor teachers
• Strong digital literacy
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
