IDS Transportation hiring:
Location: Chișinău,Ciocana
Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. business hours
Employment: Full-time, office-based
Responsibilities:
- CDL drivers for U.S. operations
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates
- Collect and verify driver documents (CDL, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse)
- Manage onboarding of new drivers and office staff
- Maintain HR records and employee documentation
- Communicate with Safety and Dispatch teams
Requirements:
- Experience in U.S. trucking recruiting
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- English level B+ or higher
- Russian and/or Romanian is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
