About the role
SUPERNOVA Log-Tech is looking for a Hiring Manager to find, screen and onboard CDL drivers and owner-operators to work under MC authority. You will own the hiring cycle from first contact to a fully verified driver ready for dispatch.
What you will do
- Source company drivers and owner-operators through job boards, communities, social media and cold calls
- Verify CDL, driving history, MVR/PSP and coordinate drug testing and Clearinghouse checks
- Collect and maintain complete driver documents (DQ files)
- Onboard candidates and hand them over to dispatch
- Track pipeline and hiring metrics
What we are looking for
- Experience in driver recruiting or carrier onboarding in the U.S. trucking industry
- Knowledge of CDL, DOT/FMCSA requirements and owner-operator documentation
- Fluent English and confident cold-calling skills
- Attention to detail and a results-driven approach
