Who We're Looking For
Educators who bring energy into the classroom. People who see teaching as more than a job — who want to genuinely connect with children and teenagers and make learning unforgettable.
What You Bring
- Advanced English (B2-C2)
- Experience teaching children and teenagers
- A plus: pedagogical background (pedagogy, didactics, psycho-pedagogy), studies in child/adolescent psychology, or training in modern methodologies (ECRIF, communicative approach, blended learning)
- Strong communication skills and classroom presence
- Comfort with digital tools and educational technologies
- A growth mindset — curiosity about new teaching methods
- A team player with positive, contagious energy
What You'll Do
- Teach engaging, communicative English lessons to students aged 8-18
- Track progress and give feedback that genuinely helps students grow
- Create a classroom atmosphere students look forward to
