We are looking for German-speaking candidates who will support an E-Commerce platform by dealing with customers worldwide.
We offer:
- Salary 650 - 800 EUR (netto);
- 7-hour workday;
- 1 hour lunch break;
- 2 coffee-breaks 15 min.;
- Office in the center of Chisinau.

Responsibilities:
- Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction;
- Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints;
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Requirements:
- Proficient in German (written and spoken level B1-B2);
- Basic skills in Word, Excel;
- Able to multi-task;
- Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude;
- No experience needed because we will train you;
- The ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem.
