Our ideal candidate:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data/document handling;
- English language proficiency at B1+ level or above;
- Fluent and competent command of Romanian language;
- High discipline, reliability, and comfort with repetitive workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling requests from restaurants and service customers via written communication;
- Processing requests from couriers through outbound calls (calling them back and resolving their issues);
- Providing written консультації users regarding the product and software functionality;
- Maintaining reports, working documentation, and registers.
