B2B Sales Representative (Evening Shift, $1200+)

We are looking for a B2B Call Center Specialist to identify potential clients, connect with businesses, nurture the existing customers, and support our intake team.

Web NG Global is an international company based in Moldova that partners with U.S. Consumer law firms, providing outsourced services for the American legal industry. We support the entire client journey - from attracting potential clients, doing the clerical intake work and assisting the attorneys with administrative tasks throughout the client journey.
Our work helps attorneys focus on what they do best - delivering and winning for the clients, while we provide the support they need every step of the way.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to businesses and handle incoming inquiries from our partners;
• Answer inbound phone calls and online inquiries from prospective clients;
• Build trust and rapport through professional, empathetic, and engaging communication;
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and maximize conversion opportunities;
• Handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism;
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience;
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and interactions.

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher, no heavy accent);

• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure;
• Ability to handle sales objections and smoothly secure deals;
• Strong multitasking skills and fast response time;
• Comfortable handling calls and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven;
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, dispatch, call centers, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is a strong advantage.

What we offer

• Competitive salary: Starting from $1200/month during the first 3 months, increasing to $1,500+/month afterward;
• Evening schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (including a 1-hour lunch break), ideal for those who prefer quiet mornings. During training, the schedule will be 3 PM- 12 AM, Mon-Fri;
• Schedule: Monday-Friday;
